Peer Support
2024 will see the launch of The Peer Support Program at Majura Primary School.
The Peer Support Program is a whole-of-school approach to support students’ mental health and wellbeing. The program involves senior students being trained as Peer Leaders, and leading small groups of younger students in weekly structured sessions.
Students learn the social and emotional literacy skills to better manage life’s ups and downs. Participating in the program equips students with the skills and tools to build strong relationships and positively navigate life.
