Parent Portal
Parent Portal is a secure online platform used to share student information between you and your child’s teachers.
Use Parent Portal to:
- notify us if your child is sick or explain an absence
- book parent/teacher interviews
- receive academic reports
- receive our school newsletter
- receive messages from your child’s teachers
- make payments
- access the school calendar and your child’s student timetable.
Parent Portal is used by all ACT public schools from preschool through to year 12. If you have children at other ACT public schools, you don’t need to sign up to the system twice. You can access their information from one account.
You can also access Parent Portal through the Sentral for Parents app. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
If you would like to access Parent Portal via a web browser on your mobile phone, tablet or computer, use this Parent Portal access link. When you are logged into Parent Portal, we recommend saving the browser as a favourite or to the homepage on your mobile phone for quick access in the future.
Access to Parent Portal and Sentral for Parents app is via your ACT Digital Account. If you still need to register, please use this Parent Portal access link to create your account (or see sign up instructions below).
The first time you log on to the Parent Portal with your ACT Digital Account, you will need your access key, which you should have received by email when we launched.

To access the portal, you will need to create or have access to an ACT Government Digital Account. This involve a level 2 identity verification process.
You can create your account via this access link.
To complete the identity verification process you will need one of the following:
- Australian Driver's licence
- Australian Passport
- Birth certificate
- Australian citizenship certificate
- Change of name certificate
- Marriage certificate
- ImmiCard
- Australian visa
- Medicare
- Centrelink Concession Card
